MADHARA YA KUFANYA MAPENZI (SEX) MARA KWA MARA AMBAYO WEWE HUYAJUI NIMEKUWEKEA HAP!!!!!

How much is too much se'x is the biggest question many ask. According to research making too much love may be disastrous. Making love can be great thing but when you start loosing your strength and vitality then you need a break.

People have different body systems, for some making love on a daily basis may not be a big deal and some it may be a big. When this starts to happen then you need to talk to your partner because for them they may not understand as they need satisfaction and if it gets out of hand then you need to see a doctor.

Here are some of the interesting facts of doing it soo much I came across;

1. It taxes The Body
Excessive and constant of making love leads to over production of androgen hormones which may lead to adrenal and se'x organs fatigue.

2. Weakens Immunity
Excessive love making weakens the body's natural immunity. The hormone prostaglandin E-2, which serves an important function during love in s'xual arousal, is overproduced when one engages in marathon or excessive love making and has an inflammatory effect on the body.

3. Long term s'xual inflammation
Excessive love making causes the pituitary gland and testicles (ovaries in women) to become disabled for some days or even months, leading to a long-term s'xual exhaustion and inflammation.

4. Hair Loss / Baldness
Hair loss is a major concern especially among the middle aged and there are many alleged causes treatments for it. However, a lot of people also fail to address a major underlying cause: a high stress physical response sometimes triggered by over-expulsion.

At puberty, boys maintain an extremely high level of testosterone and DHT without stress and are therefore able to achieve a full head of hair. As they grow older, men with a high level of DHT and stress lose their hairs. Stress and its induced inflammatory factors in the bloodstream are known to deplete melatonin production during the night and heat up the blood, causing hair loss.
